What does the on-board high tea include?

During two hours of cruising you enjoy an extensive high tea with sweet and savoury treats — scones, mini sandwiches and pastries — with tea, coffee and a glass of prosecco.

Certainly. The prosecco is optional; we are happy to serve an alcohol-free alternative.

All our boats are equipped with a flexible canopy that can be adjusted to any type of weather. In rain, the canopy can be fully closed.

Our standard boarding point is Stationsplein. By arrangement we can also moor at other central locations. Please mention this when booking.

Can we bring our own drinks and snacks?

Yes, by arrangement. We do charge a corkage fee. Prefer all-inclusive? We offer drinks and snack arrangements from bar snacks to high tea and full dinners on board.

Can we sail for just 1 hour?

We accept bookings from 2 hours due to the launch and close-down time of the fleet. Shorter trips are possible, but the base rate remains 2 hours.

How far in advance should I book?

In peak season (May–September) and during the Amsterdam Light Festival we recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks ahead. Outside peak season last-minute is often possible.

Is there a toilet on board?

Yes, both boats are equipped with a private toilet on board. No need to interrupt your cruise for a shore stop.

Can we play music on board?

Unfortunately, playing music from a vessel on the Amsterdam canals is not permitted. The silence on the water is, incidentally, one of the things our guests appreciate most!

Are the boats suitable for events and corporate outings?

Absolutely. We regularly host team outings, client receptions and staff parties. We can provide a tailor-made quote including catering, arrangements and a VAT invoice. Contact us via WhatsApp or email.

What if we want to make changes after booking?

Minor changes are possible up to 48 hours before departure, subject to availability. Contact us via WhatsApp or email. Cancellation is free up to 7 days before your cruise. Between 7 days and 48 hours ahead 50% is refunded; within 48 hours no refund applies.
