SAIL Amsterdam is one of the largest maritime events in the world and takes place once every five years. The last edition was in 2025; the next SAIL is planned for 2030, when the Tall Ships once again sail into the IJ.
During SAIL there are special sailing rules and time slots on the IJ. We sail fully in line with the official nautical guidelines and choose the best spots along the route. Booking early is essential, as the number of boats is limited.
You can register your interest now via the quote form. As soon as the official dates and sailing rules are known, we will contact you. Early registrants get priority.
All our boats are equipped with a flexible canopy that can be adjusted to any type of weather. In rain, the canopy can be fully closed.
Our standard boarding point is Stationsplein. By arrangement we can also moor at other central locations. Please mention this when booking.
Yes, by arrangement. We do charge a corkage fee. Prefer all-inclusive? We offer drinks and snack arrangements from bar snacks to wine tastings and full dinners on board.
We accept bookings from 2 hours due to the launch and close-down time of the fleet. Shorter trips are possible, but the base rate remains 2 hours.
In peak season (May–September) and during the Light Festival we recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks ahead. Outside peak season last-minute is often possible.
Yes, both boats are equipped with a private toilet on board. No need to interrupt your cruise for a shore stop.
Unfortunately, playing music from a vessel on the Amsterdam canals is not permitted. The silence on the water is, incidentally, one of the things our guests appreciate most!
